- Working experience in IT related field
- Minimum education is Diploma
- Able to work independently
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.
- Strong skills in providing technical support and solving issues.
- Ability to assess IT needs and train users.
- Advanced knowledge of database management and system security.
- Ability to stay updated on IT trends and innovations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work with IT managers and other teams when needed.
- Help staff and customers with IT issues.
- Train users on hardware and software.
- Fix reported errors quickly.
- Monitor hardware, software, and system performance.
- Update software and upgrade hardware/systems.
- Manage databases and ensure system security.
- Record processes and run diagnostic tests.
- Stay updated on IT trends and advancements.
