Job Description

Location: A-03-31, Kompleks Perindustrian EMHUB, Persiaran Surian, Taman Sains Selangor, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Planning:

Organize and manage sales schedules for meetings, demonstrations, and client visits to maximize efficiency.

2.

Quotation and Follow-Up:

Prepare and deliver accurate quotations based on customer specifications and follow up to secure sales and resolve inquiries.

3.

Documentation Preparation :

Create and maintain essential documentation, including proposals, contracts, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

4.

Technical Support :

Provide expert technical assistance to both clients and the sales team, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Customer Relationship Management :

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, leveraging CRM tools to track interactions and manage accounts effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Sales or a related field.

2. Proven experience in a technical sales support role or similar position.

3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation.

7. Familiar with metrology products and service will have added advantage

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
