Job Description
Technical Support Overview
Evaluating material and printer capabilities. Providing technical support and solutions to customers. Preparing sales technical reports. Gathering business requirements and technical solutions. Creating and testing software updater/installer. Complying with configuration requirements for equipment, hardware, system software, applications software, data files, settings, customizations, and internationalizations. Recording and managing spare part inventory. Creating and updating product brochure, website, and SNS. Assigning ad hoc work as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
:Possess at least Diploma/ Degree or relevant technical qualifications, Good in written and spoken English. Good in excel, power point and photoshop. Possess a relevant experience and knowledge in handing computers / printers & Photo Imaging equipment will be an added advantage. Good communication skills with all levels of workers. Able to work independently with less supervision. Knowledgeable in design and content creation for SNS will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
