Job Description
Requirement
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Degree or SPM with at least 1 year Experience
Must have experience in any of the relevant fields: Networking, IT, Access Control, CCTV System & Alarm System
Experienced with electrical wiring and electrical works as well able install cabling for any of this: Network/CCTV/Alarm/Access Control
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks at the office Providing technical support across the company Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports Manage and schedule maintenance works & attend to ad-hoc service calls Able to diagnose and troubleshoot the equipment at the site and recommend solutions To submit handover form and service reports after service field jobs are completed To ensure all the working tools and technical room including work bay area in a systematic manner and clean Able to work with minimal supervision, independent and pro-active Able to travel to any work location as requested and when required Performs any other jobs as assigned by Senior Tech/Manager

Education:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
Networking/IT Technical Support: 1 or 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
English (Preferred) Bahasa (Preferred) Mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
