On-Site Operations
Frequent and independent site visits are a core and non-negotiable part of the role
Conduct field support, preventive maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and on-site handovers
Attend UATs, SITs, and testing sessions -- handle all technical components confidently
Be able to work solo on-site, representing the company's technical capability
Project Lifecycle Involvement
Take ownership of field execution for hardware-based projects (primary focus), and assist with software projects when needed
Participate in end-to-end execution: from requirement gathering ? testing ? UAT ? handover
Assist in writing test scripts and execution of client testing
Identify and source new hardware vendors, suppliers, and accessories (e.g., turnstile brackets, mounts, 3D printed parts)
Coordinate all communication with vendors during proposal or delivery phases
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (advantageous, but not strictly required)
Hands-on experience in technical support or field service roles is strongly preferred
Basic to intermediate networking knowledge is highly preferred -- including server ports, configurations, and IP setups
Familiarity with configuring devices, updating firmware, and interpreting wiring diagrams
Technically hands-on and comfortable working on hardware/software setups
Must be 100% committed and available for frequent solo on-site work
Able to understand and use FR software, robotic diagnostic tools, and troubleshoot live issues
Good at documenting processes and communicating clearly with vendors, clients, and the dev team
Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and problem-solving mindset
