Responsibility:
  • Provide professional technical advice or support to company sales team and customers;
  • Process with pre-sales job and build good relationship with customers;
  • Perform system and product trouble shooting and other after-sales support;
  • Assist to create technical information like datasheet, manual and training materials;
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
  • Fast learner, high initiative, and able to work independent;
  • Working experience in CCTV, Access Control, mechanical/electrical industry, IT hardware and Integrated Security will be advantageous;
Other Information:
  • Mon~ Fri(9:00~18:00)\xef\xbc\x9bSaturday half-day
  • Allowance and Bonus;
  • EPF,SOCSO&EIS, Etc;
  • Attractive salary package.
