Responsibility:
- Provide professional technical advice or support to company sales team and customers;
- Process with pre-sales job and build good relationship with customers;
- Perform system and product trouble shooting and other after-sales support;
- Assist to create technical information like datasheet, manual and training materials;
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
- Fast learner, high initiative, and able to work independent;
- Working experience in CCTV, Access Control, mechanical/electrical industry, IT hardware and Integrated Security will be advantageous;
- Mon~ Fri(9:00~18:00)\xef\xbc\x9bSaturday half-day
- Allowance and Bonus;
- EPF,SOCSO&EIS, Etc;
- Attractive salary package.
