service coordination, customer communication, documentation, and emergency standby support
, not heavy repair work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Coordination & Dispatching
Coordinate daily job assignments for service technicians
Schedule site visits, breakdown support, job pick-ups, and deliveries
Liaise with sales and operations teams on technical matters
Track job progress and update internal systems
2. Customer Support & Communication
Communicate with customers on job status, timelines, and completion updates
Handle enquiries from maintenance teams, procurement officers, and factory engineers
Act as the key contact point between customers and technicians
3. Emergency Standby Support (Core Requirement)
Be on
standby outside normal working hours
(nights / weekends / public holidays)
Answer emergency breakdown calls or messages
Arrange urgent service dispatch when required
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain service logs, job records, and customer history
Ensure proper documentation of cases, service reports, and follow-ups
Support internal reporting and audits

Job Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in
Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
Basic understanding of electrical & electronic equipment
Comfortable working in an
office-based technical role
Able to communicate clearly with customers and technicians
Willing to be on emergency standby (critical requirement)
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
