REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure planned approach by all operation in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and US FDA QSR Management System. \xe2\x80\xa2 To study a manufacturing process and delivery of products that meet customer requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To educate and grow next management generation in term of technical technology. \xe2\x80\xa2 To continue study a production plan all quality techniques using 7 tools activities efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2 To study an efficient preventive maintenance for all machine and equipment in a safe and reliable manner with focus on long term reliability and efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 To study all activities related to work do not give any impact to environment and complying with Good Environmental Practice (GEP). \xe2\x80\xa2 To promote awareness on environmental care to all employee. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure compliance with all related legislation such as OSHA, FMA, EQA, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To analyze dipping processing problem and root cause analysis to improve product quality and reliability. \xe2\x80\xa2 To initial, analyze and implement modification and changes to technical expertise of technologist in our modern medical device manufacturing facilities for improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide effective communication between subordinates and management \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure job efficiency and effectiveness from all subordinates, discuss and assist subordinates by taking necessary action to increase their Quality Control output. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assign machine operators, material handlers and production workers in their daily performance of production to achieve productivity and quality target \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform routine training on Quality Tools to Malaysian employees according to production task force team when necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report the manpower requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all company rules & regulation and Good Manufacturing Practice requirement are complies with by all level of employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure confidentially of all Company\xe2\x80\x99s documentation and activities, whether commercial or technical in nature, that may put the interest of Company at stake, shall not be in any form, whether explicit or implied, divulged to non \xe2\x80\x93related entitles. This shall include management approach, strategies and directives in any site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any other related duties or lawful and reasonable order that may be given by the management from time to time in a manner satisfactory to management and to the company in a manner satisfactory to management and to the company in general. Qualification and/or Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum bachelor degree holder in any discipline with minimum 3 years or Diploma holder with minimum 5 years or at least 10 years working experience in glove industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to lead of subordinates to achieve company goal \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in process control and adequate supervisory skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in dipping process flow and work study flow \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Systematic and positive problem-solving approach \xe2\x80\xa2 Set good example for subordinates \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Founded in 2004 and based in Teluk Intan, Central Medicare Sdn Bhd (CMSB) began manufacturing premium nitrile gloves in 2010 and was the pioneer of lightweight 2.7gm nitrile examination gloves. With HARPS Global Industry Sdn Bhd acquiring CMSB in November 2015, manufacturing facilities increased to a size of 57-acres. In order to accommodate the growing demand of the nitrile glove market, our 24 double-former production lines contribute to a total monthly output of 590 million units of gloves. This rapid expansion of our manufacturing facility has increased production capacity by more than 500% since HARPS\' acquisition.
