• Planning, development, and control of theoretical and practical apprenticeship program.
• Supervision of tasks assigned to students.
• Provide the necessary instruction / knowledge to the trainees.
• Keep up to date apprenticeship procedures and policies. Control and improve policy indicators.
• Implement the educational plan of the Technical Training Center (TGA).
• Develop the material, manuals and practices needed for classes.
• Organize and schedule classes, materials and practices for the students.
• Primary focus on Electrical and Electronics curriculum development and instructions.

• Electrical Wiring and Safety requirement based on electrical standards.
• Electrical and Electronics theories and application (including students projects)
• Electrical single and 3 phase application
• Secondary focus on Control System (Electrical Drives, PLC and Micro Controllers).
• Safety Committee. Establish proper risk assessment and control for TGA and HR

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/ Mechatronic or equivalent field
• 5 to 10 years experience in equipment automation/ equipment maintenance/ mechatronics and with some experience as a trainer
• At least 2 years as a technical trainer
• Instructor experience in a technical training organization.
• Proficiency in using electronic simulation software, computer-aided design (CAD) tools, and other relevant software applications will be added advantage
• Industrial hands-on experience.
