Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured classroom or site-based training sessions on fire protection, inspection, and compliance topics.
Prepare, customize, and continuously update training materials and presentations (NFPA, BOMBA, UBBL, and MS references).
Demonstrate operation and maintenance practices for sprinklers, hydrants, alarms, and ACMV systems.
Facilitate learning through interactive Q&A, technical case discussions, and brief assessments.
Coordinate with the program team for training logistics, scheduling, and participant engagement.
Provide post-training evaluation reports and suggest technical improvements for future sessions.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Fire Safety, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum
5 years of practical experience
in fire protection, M&E, or facility operations.
Prior exposure to
BOMBA inspection or fire safety audits
is an advantage.
Confident in conducting sessions for engineers, technicians, and facility management personnel.
Strong communication skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia

TTT (Train-The-Trainer) certification by HRD Corp is compulsory.
Applicants without TTT may be considered if they commit to obtaining certification before their first training delivery.
