Job Summary:
Be a growth enabler for one of the most exciting programmable logic companies in the world! Lattice is looking for a Senior Staff Applications Engineer who will be a key pillar in the technical training team. We are a global team chartered to create the best learning and training platform that enables our customers to maximize the value of Lattice products. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with silicon, software, and solutions engineers from the Worldwide Applications organization on training content development for the Lattice ecosystem.
• Work with Field Application Engineer (FAE) teams and channel partners from around the world to understand training needs of customers from various market segments.
• Coordinate training events and conferences to train the global FAE workforce and enhance their technical depth.
• Work with the Sales and Marketing organizations to increase the reach of the training programs, while developing strategies to earn revenue for training.
• Craft learning plans to match customer needs on different phases of their development journey, as we establish deeper and more productive relationships.
• Develop new learning platforms that enable accessible, timely, and high-quality trainings to a global audience.
• Establish scalable processes to develop consistent and comprehensive trainings that fulfil the needs of the audience.

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience in FPGA development or applications.
• Proficient with commercial FPGA development tools. Techniques for optimizing FPGA designs (performance, power, area) is a plus.
• Experience with FPGA architecture and FPGA-based solutions & applications.
• Experience with customer engagement and debug/troubleshooting is a plus.
• Outstanding English communication skills, written and verbal. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
