Key Responsibilities

Monitor product quality issue occurrence and re-occurrence in the market using Dealer Warranty Claim data. Conduct warranty data analysis to understand the nature and trend of warranty claims. Coordinate with Factory and HQ personnel to communicate regional product quality issues and findings. Manage defective parts collection and handling from Dealers for further analysis or investigation. Conduct internal research or simulation testing on Honda products to identify or verify potential quality issues. Manage and review Honda Technical Reportsraised by Dealers and confirm reports submitted by Branch members before submission to HQ. Continuously review and create check items for Dealer Technical PIC visits to strengthen technical monitoring and improvement. Closely communicate with HQ to report and discuss regional warranty and technical situations. Oversee technical operations at branch level to ensure smooth and efficient handling of product quality and warranty matters. Conduct Technical Audits at Dealers focusing on technical capability and warranty result confirmation. Conduct market quality feedback activities in collaboration with Factory Market Quality PICs. Undertake any other projects, tasks, or duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferably in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with Automotive Certificate and minimum 5 years' relevant experience will also be considered. Experience related to Product Quality, Warranty, or Technical Operations is an added advantage. Ability to oversee and manage small technical operations at branch level. Able to perform diagnostic & troubleshooting skills will be prioritized. Strong understanding of warranty process from supplier to end customer. Analytically driven and process improvement oriented. Able to read and understand workshop manuals and parts catalogues. IT savvy, with the ability to use and interpret system data effectively. Good communication skills in Malay and English.
