Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 To set up, operate and maintain production equipment (prober and tester) in accordance with current good manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures and per setup

\xc2\xb7 To fix correct performance board & cables, load board, cable board, test board & cables and necessary test hardware for setting up device

\xc2\xb7 Perform correlation unit or wafer setup

\xc2\xb7 Setup and test production wafer for functionality or quality with correct test program and hardware

\xc2\xb7 Perform troubleshooting for correlation or device failure by verifying test hardware (probe insert, test card, cables, performance board, load board or cable board)

\xc2\xb7 Identify and down the faulty test hardware by attaching the failure datalog

\xc2\xb7 Perform correlation and production wafer/unit reject verification

\xc2\xb7 Recover missing wafer map, missing STDF, wrong set first die, wrong wafer number, abort lot and transfer wafer map (level6)

\xc2\xb7 Assist product engineer on wafer low yield issue validation

\xc2\xb7 Assist product engineer on disposition based on stated special criteria on specific device

\xc2\xb7 Assist to review WS data or consult product engineer on low yield lot issue to release tester /transfer tester /continue testing

\xc2\xb7 To support OEE improvement by responding or reacting quickly

\xc2\xb7 Ensures that all work performed, meet Quality Assurance requirements

\xc2\xb7 Ensure good housekeeping by cleaning production equipment or work areas (5S activities)

\xc2\xb7 Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance

\xc2\xb7 Seek help from senior technician, supervisor or engineering to resolve issues

\xc2\xb7 Report to technician and Supervisor, when major faulty and unsafe activities found

\xc2\xb7 Promotes and adheres to Company\xe2\x80\x99s commitment on corporate social responsibility.
