Job Description


Roles / Responsibilities Installation and setup new equipment / machinery according to specification and guidelines. Perform routine maintenance and conduct preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify/resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, or software components. Replace/repair defective parts to restore equipment to working order. Conduct calibration and testing / inspections to ensure equipment meets quality/safety standards. Ensure equipment meets safety regulations and compliance standards and introducing safety protocols and SOP. Identify opportunities for process improvement in equipment operation and maintenance. Analysis equipment limits, capabilities, and equipment design improvement Establish pilot line checklist (maintenance, SOP etc.) and Documentation (SOP, safety, environment HIRAC) Conduct training, provide guidance on troubleshooting procedure. Qualifications Diploma Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering PREFERRED: 1-2 years working experience, Both Internal or External SKILLS Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and/or other relevant technologies. Ability to identify and diagnose problems with equipment. Systematic approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics. Knowledge of potential hazards associated with the equipment and how to mitigate them. Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving equipment. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment. Good physical condition for performing manual tasks.
