Job Description

- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of HVAC and refrigerant units of the hotel. - Respond and attend to guest repair requests. - Communicate with internal / external guests to resolve any HVAC maintenance issues. - Makes periodic rounds to all area to support equipment and maintains operating log of conditions observed. - Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. - Knowledgeable in methods to do advance troubleshooting of refrigerant system, control system and skilled. - Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes. - Is a \xe2\x80\x9cbrand ambassador\xe2\x80\x9d at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained. - Takes on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.
