Technician, Air Conditioner
Job Description
1. Responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing certain equipment and facilities, including air conditioning systems and units, water-cooling systems, and refrigerators within client\xe2\x80\x99s own facilities, including those that operate all day long. 2. Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. 3. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. 4. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. 5. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. 6. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. 7. Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. \xe2\x80\xa2 Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers\' requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with customers\' queries.
