Job Description

The following is a list of duties as a Building Technician as follows:

1. To assist Building Executive/Building Manager on Site Operation and Administrative

matters.

2. To monitor day-to-day security operations performed by our appointed Security

Company.

3. To supervise and ensure all places of landscapes and gardens are clean and well

maintained.

4. To supervise the day-to-day clean and well maintained.

5. To keep a proper maintenance report such mechanical and electrical part changed or

replaced.

6. To attend to minor repairs, replace, change and modify faulty minor electrical

components and light fittings in respect of common area facilities.

7. To upkeep, maintain and restore minor defects such as masonry, painting, electrical,

plumbing or carpentry work.

8. Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance with schedule.

9. To perform periodic check, to record and report on the condition of all electrical equipment, components and pump motors, if any findings.

10. Assist in monitoring all the work being performed by outside contractors.

11. Responsible for alerting the Building Manager/Executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.

12. On 24 hours Stand-By-On-Call at designated sites that may be assigned to you.

13. To always comply to the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) in the process of carrying out of duties.

14. Ad-hoc assignment/task given by superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
