Job Description
1. Responsible on daily mould change activities according the Moulding Schedule. 2. Verify correct set up of moulds and auxiliary equipment before machine start up. To use the Standard Parameter sheet to set up or adjusting the machine during daily operations . 3. The technician will be working under the supervision of the respective Shift Supervisor. 4. Submit 1st piece sample for approval by IPQC before the mass production. 5. Responsible for the house keeping activities at the work area. 6. Must do the necessary improvement to avoid wastage of material or to prevent the parts from failing and scattered around the machines. 7. Carry out the entire technical aspect of production maintenance. 8. Downtime and machine parameter adjustment must be updated and well recorded on daily basis. 9. Perform the Production & quality maintenance such as Changing of Cutting ring, Blow Pin & Cutting Knife as per requirement. 10. Must able to take a wise action during facing any quality issue and fast action when there is a necessity. 11. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time. 12. To carry out daily updating the In Process Parameter Record and Daily Downtime Record Requirement: Minimum 1 - 2year working experience in Plastic Industries Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Overtime pay
