Job Description

1. Assemble panel and work with less monitoring and can follow work instruction.
2. Follow assembly drawings, SOPs, and work instructions accurately.
3. Perform self-checks and first-level quality inspections on assembled components.
4. Report any deviations, defects, or missing parts to Supervisor.
5. Adhere to company safety policies, electrical/mechanical safety standards and PPE usage.
6. Handle tools, equipment and heavy components safely.
7. Maintain housekeeping and 5S practices in the work area.
9. Provide guidance to operators or new joiners on basic assembly practices when required.
10. To report any accident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence or dangerous condition to their line management and suggestion for further improvement.
