To carry out building facilities maintenance by attending to all maintenance issues and general building matters i.e Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm system, Air conditioning

Need to travel to retail outlets (across Bangi) for routine maintenance inspection and repairs.

Need to supervise and liaise with 3rd party contractor for servicing, installations or repair work on the company premises and inside retail outlets.

Participate in the opening, closure and renovation work of retail outlets

Prepare weekly report & planned preventive maintenance (PPM)

Carry out ad-hoc or maintenance tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma in electrical, electronics, mechanical or equivalents. Preferebly PW2/PW4

At least 1 years of experience in building maintenance

Willing to work shift

Have a knowledge in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
