What\'s your job like?

To supervise the service/maintenance contractors to ensure all the services provided are in accordance with the agreed service level

Supervision of renovation contractors to ensure that works have been done in accordance with plans and condition approval

To troubleshoot and rectify all electrical and mechanical faults immediately

To carry out all types of plumbing works such as clearing of blockages, rectifying of leakages at or in common areas, etc

To carry out the handyman works such as mason works, carpentry works, painting, and general repairs

To effectively carry out repair works (customer complaint/building defects) as per work order generated or upon superior\'s instructions.

To ensure that all works carried out are properly documented and reported to superior upon completion

Ensure all work orders issued are completed without delays

Ensure the customer\'s acknowledgment is obtained upon full completion of the complaint

Job Requirement:

2-3 years of experience in property management

Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Able to read and draw a schematic electrical diagram
