Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery according to SOP and safety standards.
Perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure smooth machine operation.
Assist in machine setup, changeover, calibration, and adjustment during production runs.
Record production data, machine performance, and downtime accurately in system or logsheet.
Support engineers in line improvement, quality control activities, and process optimisation.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Follow 5S, safety rules, and cleanroom/workstation discipline at all times.
Report any abnormalities, defective parts, or equipment issues to supervisor/engineer immediately.
Assist in training new operators and maintaining proper work instructions.
Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and tools.
Familiarity with battery components, systems, and technologies.
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to use measurement instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermometers.
Involves standing, lifting, and operating machinery during shift operations.
Excellent attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
Ability to follow complex instructions and diagrams.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
