Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To provide the support in solving all technical issues in the mall. To carry out building facilities maintenance by attending to all maintenances issues and general building matters i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm system, Air-conditioning etc. related with building services Oversee the work/ performance of subordinate including supervising the work of contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and requirement. Perform troubleshooting and repair on all the system and utilities placed under the care of department for uninterrupted mall activities/ operations. Have to work long/ late hours and Holidays if required i.e. for retails outlets inside a shopping mall, all major repairing/ installation work to be done after operation hour Participate in the set up and dismantle of events and fairs To record data entry, up-dating and maintaining of records Carry out ad hoc or maintenance task as assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least certificate in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in property management. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions In-depth understanding of electrical regulations, construction, materials, and industry Knowledge of local, state, and federal property and safety regulations

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
