Technician

Location: Batu Ferringhi, Penang (Lone Pine Hotel)

Type: Full-time (Shift work, including weekends and public holidays)

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repair work on hotel facilities and equipment
Respond to guest room and public area maintenance requests promptly
Conduct daily checks on electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems
Assist in preventive maintenance tasks and safety inspections
Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs
Requirements

Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in building or hotel maintenance
Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Able to troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs independently
Willing to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM1,800.00 per month
