Job Description

Job Responsible:

- Perform programming, trouble shooting, maintaining SMT machine.
- Use quality data to make the process improvement and improve product yields
- Support, develop and provide training on all aspects of SMT equipment machinery.
- Responsive on the machine downtime, backlog, quality issue & other necessary according to the SMT line.
- Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance for the respected line.
- Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
- Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
- Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.
- Capable of using measuring devices as required.
- Perform area and equipment maintenance and clean-up as required.
- Follow all established ESD, safety, ergonomic and security policies.
- Run NPI (New Product Introduction) & trouble shoot component definitions, feeder assignments and other functions required to set up a first-time run on the placement equipment.
- Responsible in raw data collection, complication & generate reports.
- May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers and any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
- Perform any ad hoc task.

Requirement:

- At least Diploma in Mechanical/Engineering or equivalent

- Min 1 year related experiences.
