About The Role

Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure that job execution results in customer satisfaction and in compliance with all safety standards reporting to the Service Manager. We recognise that people come from diverse backgrounds and skills and welcome all to apply.

Main Responsibilities

Perform assigned field service jobs and according to maintenance schedule promptly and submit complete documentation to Service Engineer/Manager to ensure fulfilment of daily service tasks to customers' satisfaction. Assist in conducting testing and commissioning of the system. To assemble, wire and terminate the electrical control panel as per the approved electrical drawings. To assemble and test the hydraulic power pack as per the drawings. Maintain allocated service tools and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued by company.
Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.

Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.

Disassemble the machinery or equipment when there is a problem then repair or replace any broken or malfunctioning parts.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Participate in periodic service and safety training as scheduled to ensure constant update of product knowledge

Job Requirements

At least a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical with completion of apprenticeship 2 or more years of relevant experience in similar industries Ability to follow instructions from Engineers or senior maintenance workers. Knowledge of electrical/hydraulic components. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. May also be required to keep a stock of spare parts, ordering and replacing as necessary. Effective problem-solving abilities. Having GDL license is an advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
