DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Support L2 to troubleshoot hard down collaterals \xe2\x80\x93 SHTI MB & AC Hot Swap Pan and loose parts such MB/SSD/MBPS/CS Qualified as L2 instructor to train all incoming new CW Methodology tools operation eg; SEC/MB Debug card/APDC/SSD cloner/MPT/SPAC etc CRV TRB operation/business process/inventory count/WINGS return CMMS/Post Repair Dashboard MB & AP Hot Swap Pan/TCU/Socket/MB repair validation (Own JTP schedule) Focus on 6S indicator Focus on room 6S (workbench/hand tool/spare management/ESD boxes/hot swap trolley/compactor) Attend CRV Huddle meeting/shift meeting Work closely with L2 SPOC on shift Passover Report (L2 shift CW) Head count arrangement for emergency/crisis mode Work closely with shift HC to oversee and provide progress update on additional tasks assigned such as collateral inspection at module/PSI inventory check/CMMS labelling activity DETAILED JOB REQUIREMENTS Watch on critical spare part inventory, timely report to module it out of spare (He can request SPOC to ownership) Module will provide spare list, such as: pogo/socket/relay etc delegate task Able to identify product specific collateral spares and advice L2 to identify location for each spare WINGS/DFIT/SPARC/SRV) Work with L2 (SPOC) to perform 1st level investigation for any quality excursion Work with MTSE and act as 1st level escalation within shift if have any tools encounter high MB/AP Pan transaction (High QCS Tool)
