Responsibilities

Perform general building upkeep and conduct regular routines preventive maintenance checking Ensure all technical and maintenance problem issue are handled in a timely manner. Carry out daily check and maintenance for all building amenities which include water features, lifts, genset & etc. in accordance with the timeline set. Assist in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractors. Coordinate and implement preventive maintenance programs as per schedule. Respond and report appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise. Prepare daily and monthly report such as documents and updates on maintenance and its related work. To carry out other maintenance duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field Experience in building or facilities maintenance will be an added advantage Minimum SPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent Good report writing skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
