Job Description


Job Responsibilities:-

  • Attend to all building maintenance issues and support the team.
  • Repair and maintain buildings and components such as electrical and mechanical systems, BMS and LPG supply.
  • Inspect the property to identify necessary repairs or updates.
  • Attending tenant\'s complaint, rectify and resolve the technical issues.
  • Assist with ground maintenance task including driveway repair, general painting work, feature pond cleaning etc.
  • Keep maintenance log and inventory list of fittings based on lost likely needs.
  • Daily inspection of pump systems, water supply & storage and M&E systems.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians and equipment specialist.
  • Monitor renovation and reinstatement work and ensures such work are properly done for handing over.
Job Requirements:-
  • Certificate or Diploma in Property / Building Management, Building Services & Maintenance or equivalent.
  • Applicants must have minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in building services and maintenance.
  • Possess good problem-solving skills and innovative in attending operation matters.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Full time position is available based at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
