Job Description

Perform work assignment in accordance with the schedule as assigned by the superiors. Maintain good working relationship with all the personnel. Perform all maintenance and repair with speed and thoroughness. Report tools, equipment and facilities in need of repair. Note, in writing on the Work Order Request Sheet, any additional repairs or any condition that may require special explanation to the others department and guest. Provide complete and accurate realty written description of repairs, and maintenance perform on the Work Request Order Sheet of the repair assigned. Purchase and maintain tools necessary to perform assigned tasks. Report all case non compliance to the Supervisor or Sr. Maintenance Executive with accurate records and descriptions. Basic job function; accountable for repairing, replacing, maintaining all facilities, property and equipment. Wiling to learn and carry out multi tasks. Upon receiving defect M&E and rectified the first feedback on occupied guest room or public area, you are required to response by 3 (Three) to 5 (Five) minutes frame. Check and replace fused bulb in guest rooms and public area. Attend to emergency breakdown of plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment. Responsible of cleanliness of their work place, guest room, and public area during and after completion of work. Daily basis checking, others sub meter, roof top, main water tank, guest rooms, public area, grease trap, check cold water pump at mechanical rooms. Responsible for replacement and repair of bathroom accessories. Report immediately to superiors of any M&E breakdown and attend to it. Clean off any black mark at wall, ceiling after completion of the assignment. To record and log in book daily basis report after assignment and check daily by superiors.
