Job Description

As a technician, you are fully responsible for the smooth operation of all electrical apparatus, fire protection system, air-conditioning, motor starter, distribution board, lighting, associated machine and equipment of hotel premises included kitchen equipment. You are required to conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with citizenM policies and procedures, ensure the highest level of service is maintained.

Your main tasks are:

Perform preventive maintenance tasks on all electrical apparatus and associated machines & equipment as per schedule Responsible for the safekeeping and utilization of the tools assigned. New tools requisition is to replace the old tools Use proper tools and take safety precaution while perform job tasks Ensure all tools, parts and items return to the maintenance store after used Attend to all complaints or request from guest without delay To ensure all works carried out and completed should fully comply with the local safety & hotel's rules and regulations Attend the top priority job instantly whenever it arises. This is referring to fire hazard, lift hazard, property damage and operation interruption or guest complaints Full ownership of cleanliness and tidiness of the workshop and working spaces assigned To response immediately in case of emergency Attention to details and reduce noise that may disturb the guest while working in guest area Record spare parts and materials taken out from the maintenance store in the log book and the unused spare parts need to return after completing assigned job Advice superior on the spare parts and materials stock level if it is below the pre-set PAR levels Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Able to communicate in both verbal and written in English Possess certificate / diploma in mechanical / wireman or in relevant discipline Require minimum of three (3) years hotel engineering experience Maintain well-groomed appearance Must be willing to work flexible hours Are outgoing, friendly and passionate about the things you're doing

Note: Experience in air-conditioning systems is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
