Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain food processing equipment and machinery. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment breakdowns. Assist in product changeovers, setup, calibration, and cleaning of machines. Follow SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and safety guidelines during all operations. Report any defects, non-conformances, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. Work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure when needed. Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure proper operation. Conduct preventive maintenance, inspection, and servicing of HVAC/R units. Diagnose system malfunctions, replace defective parts, and ensure timely corrective action. Monitor temperature controls in production and storage areas to maintain product quality. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies related to HVAC/R systems. Maintain accurate service logs, repair records, and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning System or related fields. Experience in a food manufacturing environment is an added advantage. Basic understanding of machinery, food safety standards, and hygiene practices. Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if required.

Physically fit and able to work in cold/hot or high-humidity environments.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
