Comply with the rules and regulations of the company, complete the task assigned by manager/ assistant manager/ supervisor of the department.
Responsible to self- safety, implement standard safety operation system.
According to maintenance plan and inspection standard of public facilities and equipment, carry out daily management task of facilities and equipment.
Use the materials required, save the cost of materials.
Carry out supervision on the outsourcing maintenance units.
Implement specific tasks of emergency plans.
Participate the training organized by the department and company it, improve the technical level.
Carry out maintenance works according to the requirement in service order list.
Record the reading the electric and water meter in public area; collect utilities bills, record the reading of electric and water of households.
Do related work records.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience in building maintenance - such as civil, electrical and technical maintenance.
Qualification of Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in technical and engineering.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Carry out daily inspections/maintenance task of buildings/facilities according to the requirement in service order list such as lift and escalator maintenance, genset maintenance, swimming pool.
Willing to work for 6 days and 2 work shifts (Morning & Afternoon).
Working hours: Shift A: 7 am to 3 pm, Shift B: 2 noon to 10 pm.
