Summarize / Overview of the objective of the role.
As a Technician, you will play a key role to ensure efficient and safe operation of production equipment while maintaining product quality, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards in the manufacturing process.
Main Responsibilities.
Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of equipment and machinery
Troubleshooting and repairing equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities
Collaborating with the production team to ensure equipment is operating at optimal efficiency
Recommending improvements to maintenance procedures and equipment where appropriate
Carry out all duties assigned by Supervisor and resolve it effectively
Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance GMP, FSSC and Safety regulations
Job Requirements.
Minimum 1 to 2 years related working experience in maintenance engineering and manufacturing.
Possess a recognized Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance
