- Required Skill(s): IT related knowledge, Technical Skills, Printing Software.
- Preferably Non - Executive specialized in Services, Maintenance and Repair Copier or IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
- Possess own transport.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Solve technical problems of copier machine on customer site.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and service copier machines
- Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur to Superior for proper operational escalation points.
- Communicate with customer to understand customer problem and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform all phases of machine set-up, operation, and routine maintenance
- Perform any ad hoc task as assigned
