Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia / Malaysia Skill Certificate) in Electrical field - Level 1 & 2 or Wireman Certificate PW1 or PW2 (Energy Commission) or equivalent. At least 1 year working experience in related field is required. Fresh graduate (having Electrical Certificate/Diploma) will be considered too. Salary will commensurate with years of experience, qualification, skills and knowledge. Required language (s): Bahasa, English. Work location is at our Guest House at Leisure Farm Resort, Gelang Patah. 1 Full-Time position is available Those who could join immediately will be prioritized

Practical experience in equipment electrical knowledge of house wiring and maintenance or related disciplines. Handling maintenance work in Resident building (Guest house) such as troubleshooting, fix and repairing of single and three phase system, access system, pump system, plumbing and carpentry. Understanding of all type of lighting unit, timer controller, motor control/motor starter such as D.O.L and star delta starter, air conditioner wiring system and distribution panel. Basic in Air-Cond knowledge (General Service and maintenance). Facility building maintenance such as woodworking, minor building structure repair and water pump system. Monitoring and make sure all the building systems run normally, building structure roof, facilities such as pool, command area facilities and whole building area cleanliness and landscaping. Having basic mechanical task knowledge. To carry out General Affairs related tasks/duties assigned by superior on daily basis.
