Job Description

1. Oversee building and data center facilities: recording and reporting on the BMS/EMS/Fire D&P/Chiller/Electrical etc.
2. Administrator for preventative maintenance programs to ensure that equipment is properly serviced & maintained.
3. Maintain good document of facilities and/or equipment maintenance.
4. Prepare monthly SLA reports for equipment uptime, power usage & temperature readings.
5. Respond to emergency situation and be on 24x7 standby duty.
6. Oversee projects as well as renovation and maintenance to existing space.
7. Responsible to handle site inspections/audits by external authority (e.g., HDB/LTA/NEA/FSB)
8. Scheduling and tracking or servicing jobs and vendor management on day-to-day basis.
9. Maintain high customer service level standards.
10. Provide assistants in general activities and any other duties as assigned by Facilities Management team.
11. Support onsite JLL FM team.
12. Efficiently conduct site walk. Conduct daily grounds inspections, removing debris and completing repairs and maintenance as needed to ensure facilities safety and maintain a clean environment.
13. Support FM team with daily/monthly/quarterly preventive maintenance.
14. Provide facility specific assistance to event team as needed or requested i.e.: in house events setup and set down.
15. Liaising with building management for submission of RA, PTW, SWMS
16. Liaise contractors with regards to scheduled maintenance and project works
17. Attending to complains and feedbacks.
18. Manage & maintain facility management tasks as assigned.
19. Ensure appropriate follow up with users.
20. Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction
21. Responsible for basic building repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, light bulbs change, locks/keys replacement.
