Overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Inspecting properties regularly to identify and address maintenance and repair needs
Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors to perform repairs and maintenance as needed
Managing maintenance budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize property value
Managing a team of technicians and providing training and support as needed
Communicating regularly with property owners, tenants, and management to ensure high-quality service and timely resolution of issues
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities
Requirements:
3 years of experience in related field
Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Proven experience managing a team of technicians and coordinating with outside vendors and contractors
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
Professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic
