Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
Conduct regular inspections (preventive maintenance) to ensure all equipment operates at optimum performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues such as gas leaks, compressor faults, electrical problems, and airflow issues.
Check gas pressure, voltage, electrical connections, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Carry out cleaning services such as indoor/outdoor unit cleaning, chemical servicing, and overhaul.
Prepare daily work reports, maintenance forms, and inspection records accurately.
Advise customers or management on required repairs, improvements, or equipment replacements.
Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with SOPs and industry standards.
Manage spare parts, tools, and ensure the work area is kept clean and organized.
Qualifications
Certificate/Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
Experience in HVAC servicing and maintenance is an added advantage.
Able to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Skilled in using maintenance tools such as manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, multimeters, and other related equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to work at heights, in confined spaces, or under various working conditions.
Additional Skills:
Experience with chiller systems, AHU (Air Handling Units), and cooling towers.
Basic knowledge of electrical work and piping.
