Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

To support, implement and report to BM/ABM/RM/ARM/RE on all matters concerning to operations and maintenance of the respective development. To ensure all plumbing system and M&E installations are maintained as per the ISOP requirement. Ensuring electrical, system, security alarm, firefighting system, pump control, compound/street lighting, landscape services, pond/water features system are in proper working condition. To ensure planned and preventive maintenance is carried out promptly for respective development. To conduct daily walkabouts within the assigned development and identifying areas of concern to the Developer / Joint Management Body / Management Corporation. To propose a yearly maintenance upgrading program to BM/ABM for the respective developments. To attend and resolve all complaints (oral or written) by owners and residents (related to maintenance) in a timely manner. To monitor and ensure quality work performance by external service providers and contractors as per contractual obligation. To respond and resolve any emergency matters within and after working hours for respective development.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
