TECHNICIAN

A Technician supports the Operations, Project, and Technical Departments in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems such as CCTV, alarm systems, and access control. This role ensures smooth system functionality and provides timely solutions to client issues.

Key Responsibilities

Install and maintain CCTV systems, alarm systems, autogate systems, access doors, and other security solutions. Perform wiring, cabling, configuration, and system setup. Troubleshoot electrical or system errors, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions. Complete quality control checklists after each project to ensure compliance and performance. Conduct periodic site visits for training, quality assurance, and project monitoring. Escalate recurring technical problems with improvement recommendations. Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in electrical and electronic systems. Minimum

1 year of hands-on installation experience

with hardware such as CCTV, barriers, gantries, autogates, intercoms, EM locks, and access control systems. Skilled in installing and repairing CCTV, alarm systems, and other security technologies. Experience in trunking, cabling, and structured wiring. Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset. Possession of a valid driver's license.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
