Requirements:

Diploma in engineering, mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work shifts / odd hours. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Carry out experiments and simulations for process improvement. Carry out process monitoring and evaluation on assigned operations. Develop components of technical design specifications under the direction of the project engineer. Perform defect or failure analysis, abnormality study, and investigation. Perform process troubleshooting on the assigned operation. To prepare, review, or update work instructions. Carry out daily process monitoring for assigned operations. Develop cross-discipline experience and enhance knowledge through working with other engineers and technicians.
