Job Description
We are a metal stamping manufacturing company seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive QA to join our dynamic team at Automev Global Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.
Align with our expansion, we are seeking suitable candidate to join our Engineering team to perform repair, troubleshoot, and preventive maintenance on stamping dies to ensure stable production, minimize downtime, and maintain part quality.
Responsibility:
Carry out die repair and troubleshooting during production breakdowns. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and maintain records. Inspect, polish, weld, and replace worn die components. Support die setup and alignment during press operation. Assist in die trials and engineering changes for new or modified parts. Maintain good housekeeping and ensure safety compliance in all tooling activities. Communicate die condition and improvement needs to the Technical Engineer.
Requirements:
Education:
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Tool & Die Technology.Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years working in automotive stamping die maintenance or equivalent.Skills:
Knowledge of progressive / transfer dies Familiar with press operations and die setting Basic machining, grinding, and welding skills Ability to read 2D die drawings Understanding of quality measurement tools (micrometre, vernier, height gauge, etc.)Personality:

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
