Job Details

Position: Event Coordinator
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,500
Working Days: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Location: 16 Jalan Bulan U5/168, Bandar Pinggiran Subang, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to manage the planning, setup, and execution of events.
This role requires close coordination with clients, technical teams, and vendors to ensure every event runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1) Coordinate and execute event setups such as TV shows, live programs, and fixed installations.
2) Handle logistics including venue setup, equipment rental, transportation, and manpower arrangement.
3) Liaise with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on event progress.
4) Work closely with the technical team to ensure equipment and installations meet event requirements.
5) Conduct site inspections and provide on-site support during event setup and execution.
6) Monitor event timelines and resolve issues promptly during events.
7) Assist in preparing event-related documents and reports such as schedules, checklists, and quotations.
8) Manage post-event wrap-up, including equipment return and feedback collection.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Minimum qualification: Skills Certificate (Vocational).
2) Willing to be on standby during weekends if required.
