xe2x97xa6 Plumbing repair, floors repair , replace lights, and ceiling tiles
xe2x97xa6 Perform general repairs and painting when needed
xe2x97xa6 Other duties that may be assigned
xe2x97xa6 Ensure all work orders are completed
xe2x97xa6 Ensuring all work orders are managed & attended in a timely manner
xe2x97xa6 Attending to Overnight emergency casesRequirementxe2x97xa6Minimum of 1 year of experience in building maintenance as a handyman
xe2x97xa6Experience in performing general repairs accordingly in a timely manner
xe2x97xa6Candidate who graduated with a vocational certification of SKM Level 3 are highly welcome to apply
xe2x97xa6Holding a valid GDL driving licenses - required to drive van for work related purposesBased at Bukit Raja Selatan, Shah Alam, Selangor.
