Perform regular maintenance of the facility's infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Equipment Maintenance
Assist in maintaining non-production equipment, such as compressors, water heaters, refrigeration systems, and lighting.
Work with senior technicians to troubleshoot and repair facility equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.

Sanitation and Cleanliness
Ensure that facilities comply with food industry sanitation standards to prevent contamination.
Clean and maintain areas like storage rooms, cooling rooms, and common areas to meet hygiene and safety regulations.
4.
Monitoring and Reporting
Keep records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and any safety concerns.
Monitor key facility systems and report potential issues to senior technicians or supervisors to address them before they impact operations.
5.
Safety and Compliance
Adhere to food safety regulations and industry standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Follow workplace safety protocols, to prevent accidents while working on equipment.
6.
Utilities and Waste Management
Monitor water, gas, and energy usage to ensure efficient operations.
Help manage waste disposal and recycling according to environmental and food industry regulations.
7.
Assist with Facility Projects and Upgrades
Assist senior staff or engineers in facility upgrades, renovations, or installation of new systems.
Participate in improvement projects that enhance facility efficiency, sustainability, or safety.
8.
On-the-Job Learning and Development
Learn from experienced technicians and attend relevant training sessions to improve technical skills.
Stay updated on facility maintenance best practices, especially in the context of the food industry.
Conduct inspections of the building and facilities to identify repair needs, wear and tear, or safety issues.
9. Welding and Fabrication
Perform various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding) to join, fabricate, or repair metal components and equipment used in food manufacturing.
Work with materials such as stainless steel and aluminum, ensuring high-quality welds that meet specifications.
Working Conditions:
6 days working per week; (rest day based on schedule)
Shift rotation (AM & PM; every two weeks)
Requirements:
Diploma or Certification in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Diploma in Metal Fabrication or Mechanical or a related field
Certificate in Refrigeration or HVAC
Certification in Welding Technology
