POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To perform internal and external project for BNM. To ensure all projects is in under control and all project is meet the target date completion.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

To meet client's Operation & Maintenance objectives + To ensure high safety standards and housekeeping are implemented and maintained at workplace and monitor the progress and provide full justification for the rescheduling (if necessary)
+ To perform internal project from MA(S), ITD and MAHB.
+ To perform external project from outside parties.
+ To ensure all outstanding work project in completed

+ To ensure all major project is meet the target date completion

Knowledgeable in facilities maintenance in operation and maintenance Knowledgeable in M&E building services Good communication skill Computer literate is added advantage Good interpersonal skill. Self-driven and self-starter with no supervision. Strong problem solving ability and decisive. Quality and customer focused. Customer service oriented with pleasant personality. Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Fresh graduated Diploma in Engineering/Technical or; SPM/SPMV or STPM with SKM/MLVK (level II) with a minimum of 3 years related working experience or; SPM/SPMV with a minimum of 5 years of related working experience
