Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, inclusive of all the mechanical- & electrical-powered machines/equipment Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all electrical, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) items inclusive of but not limited to Sub Switch Boards, Transformers, Electrical Safety Relays, Air Circuit Breakers (ACB), and Gensets Fault finding and rectification for electrical systems such as wiring shorting, lighting problem, electrical tripping issues and power failures Perform preventive/ predictive maintenance checks Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action

REQUIREMENTS:

Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
