n your new role you will:
I

ndependent Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) operation and administration of laboratory orders. P
repare specimens for optical, cross-section and Scanning Electron Microscope [SEM] examination (X-SEM job). U
se the Scanning Electron Microscope [SEM] to collect images and make measurements (IFKM & IFX Construction Analysis job). C
arry out routine chemical analysis and other analysis. C
ompliance lab instruction, VA and APA. E
ffective pass down to next shift personnel. M
ust be willing to work on 12hours rotating shift. A
dhere to Environmental, Safety and ESD compliance regulations. E
nsure 5S in place while in the office and FA lab.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have:
D

iploma Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or any science discipline F
ailure Analysis Field of Knowledge: Sample preparation, i.e. mechanical polishing, precision cleaving and wet chemical. F
oK Imaging, i.e. optical and SEM. A
ccurate data measurement. S
afe chemical handling. S
emiconductor processing, fabrication and testing. A
bility to interface effectively with employees and laboratory customers. W
ork closely with peers and supervisor in undertaking the respective task.
