We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Technician

to handle maintenance and repair tasks for our restaurants. The role involves ensuring that all kitchen equipment, electrical systems, and facilities operate efficiently to support daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for kitchen and restaurant equipment (e.g., chillers, refrigerators, ovens, fryers, air-conditioning units, lighting, etc.) Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs as needed Respond promptly to breakdowns or urgent maintenance requests from outlets Coordinate with external contractors or vendors when required Keep accurate maintenance records and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager Maintain safety standards and cleanliness at the work area

Requirements:

Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field Minimum 3 year of relevant working experience (experience in F&B, hotel, or retail industry preferred) Good technical and troubleshooting skills Able to work independently and travel to different outlets if needed Responsible, hardworking, and a team player

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
